When a truck or piece of equipment
comes to us for paint, we start at the beginning. The unit is first prepped and sprayed with a heavy-duty
degreaser and steam cleaned to remove any dirt or debris.
Then, we sandblasted the frame and body at our sandblasting site to remove all paint, rust and residue to prepare
this vehicle for paint.
Next, the frame and body were primed using a 2-part epoxy primer and finished with a polyurethane top coat.
Finally,
the cab was taken to our state-of-the-art paint booth, that is large enough to accommodate a truck this size, and sprayed
with a high quality automotive coating.
